This gives clients the benefit of jumping from one service to another without worrying about requesting a new quote for a particular service, mentioning it in the discovery call, or adding it to the contract. This allowed us to start working with some clients on the same day!

A simple message, explaining your problem and/or areas of your business you need help with, will do that. You can contact us through our contact form, Facebook Page, or Whatsapp. We check all of them several times a day, so nothing, in particular, is better than others. Just use the one you are most comfortable with.
After discussing initial details in messages or emails, We will invite you to have a Zoom call with us to finalize details. This kind of meeting is usually known as a discovery call.
Discovery call
In the discovery call, we ask more about your business, your goals, daily tasks, and areas you need help with. When we work with clients, we are part of their team. Therefore, it’s very important for us to know about their priorities.
After hearing your needs, will finalize a plan with you, and discuss the order and timing of completing the tasks. Additionally, Maria will also help you with the assessment of the hours you need to finish those tasks.
After the discovery call, We will send you an Onboarding-email. Which will include a neat list, detailing all the platforms, sheets, or resources, we will need to start working on your projects. This email will also include all the payment methods that can be used to pay us
After getting access to all the platforms. We will start helping you with your project. It usually takes 2 to 3 lines of instruction from clients to start hours of work.
Sarwa and I got the inspiration when we took our friend’s 4-year-old to playland. In the playland, they charge your card for the amount of money you like, and then the kids can spend it on any ride they want.

If you are looking for short-term work the process is quite simple. Just choose a package, from all the short-term packages that suit you and send us an email.
If in between the project, you felt that you need to add more features to your current project, you don’t have to do anything other than letting us know that you also need those features added.
The process will never stop to discuss a new quote. This, especially help in design and automation projects. You can subtract or add things, or even turn around the project completely and you don’t have to worry about the current agreement. When you are out of hours, we will let you know and you can simply buy more of them for us to keep working on the project.
